Arnica is a perennial in the sunflower family (Asteraceae). Arnica contains an anti-inflammatory compound believed to relieve pain, aches, and bruising. This is why arnica is also commonly used in topical creams to treat bruises, swelling, muscle, and joint aches, sprains. We use arnica in our Arnica Facial Mousse.
