It is not only a wonderful herb for relaxation and sleep due to its being a nervine herb helping it relieve stress and anxiety. Chamomile has anti-inflammatory, antioxidant & mild astringent properties. Chamomile is high in vitamins and minerals that are essential for rejuvenating hair and skin.
